It Would Be You

By 1st January 2006December 9th, 2019No Comments

If ever there were a love I would choose,
I would choose the love I have for you.
If ever a love I’d hate to loose,
It would be the love I love for you.

If ever to pick the prettiest flower,
I would pick it just for you.
If I were to live, just one more hour,
I would spend that time with you.

If ever to have the sweetest dream,
I would dream a dream of you.
If I were to smile with the broadest beam,
It would be when I think of you.

If ever a lie I’d have to tell,
I would tell it just for you.
If to the devil my soul I sell,
I would sell it just for you.
