At this time of year, it’s wonderful to SEE,
The sprinkling of snow on a Christmas tree,
A house transformed into a home, by its decorations so bright,
The radiation of spirit within, what a glorious sight.

At this time of year, it’s exciting to HEAR,
Silver bells that are chiming so loud and so clear,
The magic of carols being sung by a choir,
The crackling of wood, as one sits by a warm fire.

At this time of year, it’s comforting to FEEL,
The love of family and friends, that you know is so real,
The generosity shown to so many in need,
Proves that in this difficult life, we will succeed.

At this time of year, it’s encouraging to KNOW,
Because Jesus was born many years ago,
There will become peace on earth for you and I,
If we live as God intended, or try to comply.

At this time of year, I especially want to SAY,
Look at the goodness in life, with each passing day,
And for those who can’t be with you, their greeting is sincere,
When they wish you and yours,
A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year.
