And that doesn’t matter

I know nothing about you, nor you me.
I do not know what you like and dislike
And that doesn’t matter.
Like Josephs coat we wear many skins
But at the end of the day we are the same.

I know nothing about you, nor you me.
I do not know your views and beliefs
And that doesn’t matter.
We cannot judge the many by one
And we would not want to.

I know nothing about you, nor you me.
I do not know if you are young or old
And that doesn’t matter.
I would protect you and your children
For it is in me to do so.

I know nothing about you, nor you me.
I do not know if you are afraid or brave
And that doesn’t matter.
If necessary I would have died for you.
Many already have. Many more will.

I know nothing about you, nor you me.
I do not know if you will read this poem or not
And that doesn’t matter.
It has been written..

For you
For everyone
For peace
Forgiveness
