The World Is A Stage

I read aloud each verse and chapter
Line after line, after line.
More than five hundred words per minute
Making real this life of mine.
I endure the pains of natural learning
The growing knowledge through each decade,
The wisdom building along my life
Evolving with this world I’ve made.
As they say: “The World Is A Stage”
And this may be my final role,
The script is set for one last main act
An act that will surely guide my soul.
So pull up a chair and watch the show
I promise you many scenes of pure delight,
Because this being the story of one lost soul
It will tell you true of its lasting fight.
