The Thirty Yard Dash

If he makes thirty yards
I’ll get up and go.
Up and running
Jigging to and fro.

If he makes forty yards
I’ll get up and go.
Is it your fear,
That seems to make him run so slow ?

Go boy ! go!
If he makes another ten yards.
I’ll get up and go.
Run boy, go ! go! go!.

Then you’re there.
you’re up and running.
If I make thirty yards.
Laughing as I go!.

You move so slow.
If I make thirty yards.
And if I don’t,
Will I ever Know?
