Sights Unseen

Such fleeting moments in one’s life, may pass
Unnoticed, save for sights periphery
Where vision catches glimpse, through broken glass
Distorting form, which lends it mystery
Enchantment dwells for some, beyond what’s seen
Unknown existence time hath set apart
Yet others claim in turn, it lies between
Imagination and a hopeful heart
Should then we lead the way in blinkered wrap
Or cast aside unhindered, odds of chance
By seeking dreams that truth may overlap
Deceiving unreality perchance
When e’er it’s time to make such judgement call
Clear open eyes and mind bring wherewithal
