SID

Sidney’s struggle now is over, after all these past few years
Of fancy pills and treatment and many hidden fears

May he keep a good watch over us, as we go about our days?
Perhaps we will have learnt from him and adopt his gentle ways

We may not manage handsomely and may struggle for a while
But when we think of Sidney, let’s wear a great big smile

Let the memories be happy, let’s remember the way he laughed
I was proud to work with him, as he showed to me his craft.

May he rest in peace
