My Fragile Heart

by | Nov 15, 2011 | Poetry | 0 comments

My fragile heart has been dead for so long,
No longer then does it sing love’s true song
It weeps the tears of un-requited love
Like the broken wings of a turtle dove
Cast aside, by an unscrupulous soul
‘Tis buried deep in a dark black hole.

My fragile heart will bleed no more with pain
No more! No more! to then cry yet again.
