Know Your Place!

Where malcontents in wretchedness abide
Propensity to warped and evil ways
Through acts some deem malevolent and snide
Present themselves, to usher (End of days)
If thou should wish existence to be kind
Rebuke all falsehoods as proposed vouchsafe
Such malversation one day you may find
Could leave us all bereft in need of Faith
By interdiction placed on those well-heeled
Wouldst leaders turn the tide once more to port
Or will said ‘Noble Lords’ (as once appealed)
Ensure such laws would always come up short
For shame on them who live abundantly
Whilst others eke out lives in poverty
