Her love was the boiler in my soul
And now she has left me once again
The boilers gone just a hole
As i slowly go insane

Yes another man now has her soul
I pray he keeps it safe
For her loss has turned me cold and taken its toll
Her loss has turned me inside out

How is it true love does not become a house or car
Just a feeling in ones heart
As you look into the night for that one star
Even when you’re apart

Oh I know its gone
The boilers gone cold
But when she was here the sun shone
Onto that dream i hold

Oh babe my eyes are black
And my heart is jaded
Cause its your love I lack
And slowly our memory’s faded
