They pass this way but one more time
What then the reason or the rhyme?
Voices proud with Christian song
They praise the good and right the wrong.
The path they tread; it’s maybe rough
So ever steep and sometimes tough
But onward then to glory soon
God’s good soldiers march in tune.
Yet mighty is his army still
They march from Calvary’s green hill
Yet glorified the ranks so free
They guard the lives of you and me.
