‘Capo di tutti capi’

Heard call to ‘Priesthood’ from an early age
Theology ‘twas nature of spent youth
Yet ‘Cosa Nostra’ caused its own outrage
Espousing way of life embraced as truth
A learned man who yearned for ancient times
Of Empire and respect from those well armed
Commanding way with presence were the signs
A front by which he ruled and also charmed
In staking claim upon adopted land
Didst take the throne midst prohibition drive
His homeland culture then enforced by hand
Established base through ‘Family times Five’
“Hail Salvatore Caesar” was the dream
Cried “Et tu Brute” out, midst final scene
