Broad Shoulders

My cheek is turned unto one side in faith
Shouldst thou insist, thy fault it lies in me
Mine heart in truth is open to a waif
Deign look inside, for blame may start with thee
Forgiveness is a trait we should embrace
Though others seek to find a darkened past
These words are offered freely in good grace
If circumstantial shadows deem to cast
When trapped within a warped and troubled mind
Doth end of tunnel light, e’er view obscure
E’en consequential thought I think you’ll find
Hath way out from the labyrinth for sure
Lest demons come to torment thee at length
Pray lean on me and I will give you strength
