A Hampshire Church

So beat the drum slowly.
The swish of their two’s.
As the bull slowly cracks
While the gravel grates

A flag covered coffin
With a Red beret on top!
His six mates a carrying,
Some women crying

Dressed up for their dad,
Brave little soldiers
Bewildered small children
Whose lives have changed forever.
